WHEN TO APPLY

 ​We accept applications for enrollment throughout the year, and occasionally have an unexpected opening during the year. Carillon is operated on a non-discriminatory basis, allowing equal treatment and access to all services without regard to race, religion, or ancestry.

​Pledging parish families, alumni and currently enrolled families may turn in applications November 1st–January 15th for priority for the upcoming school year.

We offer tours of our campus. This is a chance to meet our staff and see our beautiful campus first hand. ​Email [email protected] to schedule a tour.

Our next Open House will be posted soon. Children are welcome.

2024-2025 Application

2024-2025 Admissions Agreement

• After attending an open house or tour, download and complete our current Preschool Application and Admissions Agreement.
• Mail your completed application with a $100 application fee (if by check then made to Christ Church) to:

                                         Portola Valley, CA 94028

• We will respond to your application within ten days and your child will be added to our waiting list if there are no spots available.
• Notices of acceptance are typically emailed in March for August enrollment.
