FEES AND TUITION SCHEDULE
Application: You must submit an application and a $100 application fee before submitting an Admission Agreement.
Deposit: Within 7 days of a written or verbal offer of enrollment, a non-refundable deposit, applicable towards tuition is required for all programs. The deposit is equal to one-third of the annual fees. Please make checks payable to Christ Church. The remaining tuition amount is due on June 30, 2025. Alternatively, the remaining tuition amount may be paid in three installments, due on June 30, 2025, October 29, 2025, and January 28, 2026. A 5% installment fee is included with each installment. Parents who choose the Installment Plan will be invoiced. A late charge of $25 will be assessed for any payments past due. STANDARD ANNUAL TUITION AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE ($US)

Carillon Preschool offers a discount for siblings enrolled and a Flexible Tuition Program for those who qualify. Please contact the Director to learn more.

Any change in fees or fee schedules will be presented in writing 30 days in advance of the change by Carillon School.
Right of Licensing Agency The State of California General Licensing Requirements Section 101195 states: The Department or Licensing Agency shall have the authority to interview children, or staff and to inspect and audit child or facility records without prior consent. Refund Policy The Admission Agreement is binding. No refunds will be given for deposits or tuition. Given this no refund policy, you are advised to explore tuition insurance plans offered by various vendors at the start of each academic year. Carillon School does not endorse any particular tuition insurance plan or program. Force Majeure Carillon School’s duties and obligations under this contract shall be suspended immediately without notice during periods that the school is closed because of “force majeure” events, including but not limited to any fire, act of God, war, governmental action, earthquake, hurricane, epidemic, pandemic, natural disaster, act of terrorism, or any other event beyond Carillon School’s control. If such an event occurs, the School’s duties and obligations in this Handbook and on the Contract, will be postponed until such time as the School, in its sole discretion, may safely reopen. In the event that Carillon School cannot reopen due to an event under this clause, the School is under no obligation to refund any portion of the tuition paid. |
